Moo Moo
Nothing original to post today. In my "of interest" category was this article from BBC. Cows with regional accents. You can listen to the moos and hear for yoursrelf. Czech cows would have a field day with this—everything would be mapped out to the nearest kilometer by cow ethnographers and then they'd be classified into different types of moo. It's probably been done. I wonder if English cows would have a British accent if they visited the Czech Republic?

A graduate student in music and anthropology writing a dissertation about music in Moravia, the eastern third of the Czech Republic. At some point, the Czech Republic's "second city" (that would be Brno) captured my attention, and I've since been blogging about events, arts, music, and other stuff—basically whatever interests me in and around the cityscape. I'm not living in Brno now, but I keep up with the cultural pulse from afar as best I can.

I wonder whether your lapine neighbor's accent would confuse Orion and Ms. Spots. Or vice versa. The American pair do the same tooth-rumble when I pet their heads. I can't remember if your pal does anything like that.
